How to request and send transcripts
This part will guide you step by step on sending your transcripts to your University of Choice.

Step 1
Fill out the transcript form on Elearn Under Elearn--> CAE Announcement--> Content --> Forms.
Fill it out and email it to @suzianab@sunway.edu.my to request a Digital or Physical transcript (the First Transcript is Free, subsequent will cost you)

Step 2
Once you receive your transcript. Double check on how to send your transcript to your University.
Some University Might require you to physically Mail both your ADTP and High school transcript, such as UIUC.
Another method is asking Ms Suziana To combine your Highschool and ADTP transcript and send it to your University. ASU accepts this method. Make sure to double-check with UNI.

Step 3
Some schools like Wisconsin Madison or Purdue Might not accept email, if you need to use a verified Digital Platform, email @kelly@docket.com.my for Docket.

Step 4
If none of the above methods works, you will have to email Ms Suziana to physically send your transcripts over to the University's Address.
